In an increasingly shrill promotion of its “glut cult” today Macrobusiness has suggested that any EZFKA resident who doesn’t already own a residence (ie looser) should be quite content to make themselves cosy in a projected dwelling completion:

180,000 is fucken heaps. Heaps more than enough. Anyhow, this is a big, confidently delivered (and well deserved) “fuck up” to the loosers, who are duly reminded to stop whinging about their imagined housing shortage, imagined high rent, imagined overcrowding, imagined poor quality, etc, etc.
The massive glut of projected completions more than compensates for all of that, if only the loosers weren’t too precious to live in projected completions, instead of houses.
In economic terms, this is called “substitution”, but luckily the Macrobusiness boys aren’t so patronizing as to explain that. They are safe in the assumption that EZFKA loosers know all about substitution.
