‘Because it’s the right thing to do’ Albanese opens pathway to Australian citizenship for foreign paedophiles released by High Court

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has announced that sex offender released by the High Court of Australia this week that are back in custody will be given an opportunity to apply for Australian citizenship.

The scheme will see any foreigner who wants to flee justice in their home country by fucking off to Australia, claiming ‘statelessness’ and staying in the community forever to be granted citizenship.

‘It’s not because it’s the easy thing to do, it’s because it’s the right thing to do,” Albo said.

‘It’s been quite clear to me that there is a severe lack of diversity in our prison population, and mixing it up with some cultures with higher per capita rates for touching up kids such as Afghanis and Pakistanis, will help solidify our multicultural status.”

The move has also been lauded by the Property Council of Australia to help keep a floor under house prices.

It is believed Clare O’Neil is also looking into a possible scheme with the UK Free Trade Deal to import Muslim Grooming Gangs from Rotherham, Bradford and other towns.

Why was quarterly GDP so bad even though interest rates have been cranked so high?

Is it possible the entire economy doesn’t really depend on bond yields and savings account interest?

Coming

we’ve delivered the first surplus in 15 years and much smaller forecast deficits in the coming years mean much less debt and tens of billions of dollars saved in interest costs.”

there’s the explanation: government surplus is contractionary

Our economic “malaise” will end the moment that the ‘surplus’ savings that the private sector i.e. ordinary Australian’s managed to accumulate on a net basis over COVID has been exhausted and returned to the rightful recipients of all economic gains in EZFKA – the financial sector.

Remember EZFKA residents are Tax Donkeys. Leaving a shred of fat on them on a net basis is simply unacceptable.

bruce had her in her absolute prime

Ms Gain was at The Dock Hotel on March 22, 2019 – the night Brittany Higgins alleges Bruce Lehrmann raped her – and was one of four people who went to the second club, 88mph, after midnight.

She told the Federal Court that she recalled Ms Higgins falling over at the club, before Mr Lehrmann helped her up and back into the booth they were sitting at.

‘I remember his hands on her thighs and her hands on his thighs,’ she said.

‘I observed them kissing. It was a real kiss … It went for a period of time, it was a kiss kiss.’

She didn’t recall how long it lasted, but agreed that it was a ‘passionate kiss’.

Ms Gain also recalled Ms Higgins taking selfies with Mr Lehrmann.

Brittany Higgins flew out of Sydney Airport on Wednesday morning, flanked by her fiancé David Sharaz and best friend Emma Webster.

Ms Higgins – donning Gucci heels and carrying a Chanel handbag, paired with a loose-fitting navy dress – and her entourage could be seen grabbing suitcases from a taxi.

Mr Sharaz appeared to take inspiration from his fiancée’s style, opting for brown boots, blue jeans and a navy blazer, paired with a brown briefcase.

The trio checked in using the self-service machines before they swanned through the priority aisle at security, apparently en route back to the Gold Coast.

I just spoke with a friend outside of Boston(US) who runs a car dealership. He was telling me that since October, the wheels have fallen off both the new and used car markets.
Insane drops in used car wholesale prices (down 5%/week) with new car inventory ballooning out to over 180days. This is unprecedented, like never before happened (not even during Covid)

To some extent it’s just the system catching up with post covid shortages (no new car supply after covid, so used car prices went through the roof) but the bottom line is that excess new car inventory (especially going into winter) will mean better deals for new car buyers and as a consequence lower tradein values, so it all sort of makes sense ..
But F’me this is serious, average people are trying to trade in $20K cars (often with over $20K still owing) so that they can buy sub $5K transportation (nothing fancy just get me to work). If they’re trying to do this you know they’re hurting, they can’t afford to own their car (loan payments too high) and they can’t afford to sell their car (more owing than it’s worth).

I wonder if this is what we can expect in the near future in Australia.

for sure, but that still leaves the used car market and that’s where things are totally whack at the moment.

SoMplsboy

fwiw, been helping a pal scout the used BMW X series (3 & 5’s 2014-2019). SE Mel and peninsula. Lots of the ads (retail & dealer) show steady price drops for months–sometimes up to 25% yet not sold. At the prestige lots, they are full and traffic seemed very light for a Sat. Sales reps barely had a “are you right?” and zero zip. One rep was beefing that Tesla’s recent 20% price drop across the line upset the used market and especially the lux rigs.- Looking at original price paid for a X5 3.0 TD with M badge shows a wicked depreciation.New 2023’s are ~ $155k and an analogous 2018 can be found for ~$45-50 and under 75k’s. Just may be a limit to those who can ride that level of loss for long.

Peachy

Good story, thanks somplesboy.

i reckon that the slightly used bmw x cars are the kind of products that tend to typically be bought with equity-mate, and this has gotten more expensive recently.

what I didn’t quite understand was this:

Sales reps barely had a “are you right?” and zero zip

can you explain what you mean exactly? Is it that the sales people were depressed and resigned to not making a sale?

SoMplsboy

Yep! You got it! Usually, when you step into the car lot the reps are approaching in moments. Lately, we could see them at their desk through the windows just looking out.

Finally, (which seemed to be very long time) rep emerged and asked are we right? I had called that morning to say we stopping by and to make sure the X5 was still up.

Was just kinda weird is all. East Side MEL- tony suburb

Agreed re the equity mate idea–the interest paid has jumped plenty.

Peachy

Thanks

MBrefugee

My guess is that the used car yard has purchased its inventory at higher prices and are reluctant atm to discount. For the sales people that means they know they’re sort of wasting their time because regardless of how much they try to sell you the car, their manager won’t meet the market.
Maybe it’s just wishful thinking, but many businesses are reluctant to actually realize their losses even when they see the market moving rapidly thereby creating even larger losses. Sometimes it’s simple accounting, if you have the car on the lot for $20K then that’s a $20K asset backing a $20K loan, however if you sell it for $15K then that’s a $5K loss that the car dealer needs to be repay immediately.
Australia is coming into summer so this is a very different to the US with prices collapsing going into winter.

Peachy

That’s why nobody likes stock to sit around for a long time.

the “business” is primarily the logistics of bringing product and buyer together (plus the value add of tarting the car up a bit with polish or whatever). Plus possibly selling finance.

if stock moves slowly, the

  1. you’re shit at your business
  2. you wear the price risk

and that’s before you get to Marxian type ideas of capital circulation time

Justice Michael Lee said Brittany Higgins’ $2.3million settlement deed with the Commonwealth shows a ‘disparity between the evidence she gave in these proceedings and the truth of the matter’.

Lisa Wilkinson’s barrister Sue Chrysanthou SC objected to the document being tendered in Federal Court on Thursday, but the judge said ‘it’s substantially relevant’.

‘It’s pretty relevant in a number of ways,’ he said.

‘I must say to you that I would need great persuasion for that document not to [be released] in circumstances given the evidence given by the witness.’

The court will hear submissions about the release of the deed at 4pm.

Liberal senator Michaelia Cash has erupted after details of Brittany Higgin’s $2.4million compensation settlement with the Commonwealth government were made public, saying she was never asked for her version of events.

The role of Ms Cash and her then chief of staff Daniel Try in the saga have come into question after the deed of settlement was released on Thursday.

The deed includes claims Ms Cash breached her duty of care to Ms Higgins while the young staffer worked in her office by ignoring her claim she had been sexually assaulted, despite knowing about the allegation for some time.

Senator Cash and Mr Try have denied knowing about Ms Higgins’ allegation until shortly before it became public.

The deed reveals Ms Higgins’ legal team had considered pursuing legal action for sexual harassment and victimisation while employed by Senator Cash’s office.

On Friday Senator Cash told Canberra radio that she was not permitted to attend the mediation between the Albanese government and Ms Higgins if she wanted to maintain taxpayer-funded legal advice from the Commonwealth.

She complained that the deed only contained Ms Higgins’ version of events.

‘Let me be very, very clear. It is now up to the Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to explain why his government paid out $2.4 million while relying only on one side of the story,’ Ms Cash said.

‘I was directed by Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus not to participate in the mediation.

‘Not only was I or any of my staff not allowed to participate in the mediation, we were never asked for our version of events.

‘And my understanding is that the settlement was made after one day of mediation.

‘That is highly unusual when you are stepping on the basis of one person’s versions of the day. The Commonwealth did not admit liability.

‘It’s a $2.4 million payout. And I was directed by the Attorney-General of Australia not to participate in the mediation. There are serious questions for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to explain to the Australian people and why his government denied me and Linda [Reynolds] the right to defend ourselves.’

robert2013

When the money really matters people will break up into ethic enclaves and duke it out from there. Whitey is old and subverted (feminised, faggoted, etc). We will probably disappear. Some strands of our DNA will survive by joining with other groups. Perhaps that is what happened to the neanderthals.

Stewie

Probably – a distinct homogenous group ‘whites’ are dead in Australia and the West. As a term it may persist as identifiable group in parts of Eastern Europe and Russia, but it will materially different in the future now compared to what it was.

The real issue is the induction of a wide variety of new Y chromosome linages to the societies that R1b linages produced. Despite 50/50 Indigenous vs European DNA ancestry, within South America 95% of the male population is of R1b ancestry (Ironically the Y-DNA it replaced was actually a closer family group to R1b than most of the haplo groups being imported today).

As to who will win out eventually… well sadly I would say South West Asian Arab Muslims with their high endogamy and religious strictures are the most likely.

That said however who knows – a real wild card would be Islamification of White Societies. By this I don’t mean it being over run with rag heads, rather as Islam is a Globalist religion, white converts would be at a distinct breeding advantage and soon replace the Christians.

The prospect of a radical White Muslim nation should actually terrify most people far more, think Chechens which as Algerian’s found out, still being muslim was absolutely no protection from their wrath.

stagmal

true re: the battle of dijon though chechnens are at the absolute fringe of whiteness as weell as being a consaginnous mountain people. i don’t think they can be generalised to the rest of european caucasians (if they’re even that).

Religion is “

Protection against the spandrel of intelligence and free will.

robert2013

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spandrel_(biology)

So what exactly do you think the spandrel of intelligence and free will is?

AI? Marxism? Tyranny?

Stewie

Intelligence gives you the free will to act against your natural instinct, like intelligence resulting in women developing the trait of ‘concealed ovulation’. In that case evolution found a way to get past our intelligence, religion is simply a social construct to achieve the same purpose.

Intelligence allows you to invent a million trade offs on why you should not start or why you should delay having a family. Religion effectively outlaws many of the trade offs on a moral basis through concepts and beliefs around sin.

For example contraception is deemed sinful because it leads to societal collapse – periods of effective contraception have arisen in the past, even as simple as infancide and sacrificing to children to Moloch.

Human civilization has been around for an enormous amount of time, sufficient time for many small scale examples of the impact of contraception can have on a communities ability to project itself forward in time to be observed. This is why most religions carry prohibitions against it, because they threaten the persistence of the greater social egregor.

Sex without the responsibility of procreation is a selfish pursuit in the eyes of most religions.

Most of the other rules in religion deal with the same sort of problems that intelligence brings to us ‘If we are all going to die then why even bother – why not just enjoy life?

It is for these reasons that Religion combats the spandrel of free will that emerges from intelligence.

robert2013

Is it just bear p0rn to imagine a world where our Aussie dollar trades below 40c to the USD?
What happens if it stays below 40c?

Traditional economics imagines a world where local currency devaluation creates local advantage, yet we have so many counter examples in the real world.
Why isn’t Argentina a power-house of manufacturing if devaluation creates advantage? (factor of 100 decrease in a decade)
Why isn’t Turkey a rising star (factor of 10 decrease in a decade) I mean talk about getting decimated (sorry couldn’t resist)

But we all know that Australia is different, after all we’ve got kangaroos.

What happens to car prices if our dollar falls hard?
What happens to building material prices?
What happens to cell phone prices?
What happens to petrol prices?
What happens to skilled labour (does it stay, or does it go)?

I don’t think the RBA has any idea what happens and I know our Politicians are clueless, but what about the people on the street, what do you think happen if the great Aussie poo gets flushed?

Houses will go up since Aus will be cheaper for foreigners

Probably, by a lot

MBrefugee

Yeah not likely.
India’s best and brightest already avoid Australia, further depreciation will just guarantee that we only get the dregs and they’ll have no hope of buying themselves.
Our down-skilling through migration doesn’t end well.

No1

It’s not the Indian migrants buying houses but foreign rich people and money launderers/crime gangs

We have no jobs here for India’s best and brightest anyway, who gives a shit if they’re not coming here

MBrefugee

good point, who gives a rat’s where they go, we don’t need them, India doesn’t need them, the US doesn’t want them…maybe fixing this requires a new Nuclear option.
maybe we need Indian transport migration options akin to the cofin ships or Irish lore.

No1

India prolly needs them but it can’t keep them in the open borders era

It makes me wonder whether talented and entrepreneurial people like Chung Ju-yung (founder of Hyundai) would have just fucked off to the West if borders were open back then
Ofc it’s a side benefit for TPTB if they keep the developing world poor by taking anyone with talent away

stagmal

dont need to be the best and the brightest if they are willing to live 15 to one dwelling, 15 low incomes are often better than 2 high incomes.

thats why indians are so perfect for the hoomer class because they can continue pushing up prices despite being low income paupers

They are perfect neolib worker bees, they even tend to like the system because the lives of Indians have improved in recent years

Better than the MENA migrants in Europe or South Americans in the US

Yep this is modern day slavery
but what I find interesting is the concept that slavery ended because slave owners discovered they had compassion, empathy and a moral obligation to free slaves.
Or is it the alternative narrative that slavery ended because owning slaves was in and of itself unsuatainable, and uneconomic. Slaves were worth more as free men than they were as, well slaves.
I’m in the 80/20 club, in that the adverse economics of slavery was 80% responsible for ending slavery.
But here’s the thing, what does that tell us about this modernday variation of slavery?
Is it anymore economic than traditional slavery?
We’re entering a time when 80% of our population has no viable “economic” reason to draw another breath, imagine a world where 80% of us are simply oxygen thieves.
imagine this world, how do the 20% really contribute (create value)?
Are they rich? are they technically skilled? are they vicious? are they hyper compassionate? are they empathy personified?
It’s an interesting world we’re creating when we acknowledge that most of us are useless and the best/brightest of us don’t actually want to live here.

it looks like theyre going down, but on the average long term trend, theyre up

You can see that no minds have changed in the Labor gang, they still love immigration and think it has no cons

They just need better optics to keep Aussie voters from radicalising like in the Euro countries

A fly in your ointment

Why would they change their minds?
Those who elected them have elected them for exactly that. That does not mean those who voted for them.
When they elect the other “choice”, well, lookey look they will be elected for the very same thing.

LSWCHP

We need better optics so that we can shoot them more effectively from longer distances.

Coming

Maybe albo’s staff reads this site and you gave them the idea

Has anyone other than the esteemed community here seen this coming? Back to the “normal” level of 300K NOM pre-Covid, straight from the mouth of Albosleazy:

“Over the past 12 months we have put in place reforms to put downward pressure on migration to help bring net overseas migration back to what it was before the pandemic”

stagmal

you heard it first, here, on ezfka

except its like 100k above the ‘normal’ rate lol

Peachy

Take a bow stagmal

OzCuck

Telegraph says on front page “Migration Slashed”

Normies will believe it I guess.

LSWCHP

The could have a headline that says “Freshly Laid Human Shit is Both Delicious and Nutritious”, and nek minnit all the NPCs would be right out there at the sewage farm looking for turds to gobble up.

LSWCHP

In the post WW2 era up to about 2000, “normal” was about 80K per annum. So a reduction to 300K pa is stil about a 400% increase over “normal”.

These cunts are just taking the piss.

Ironic Boomer

“Sustainable levels”.
