Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has been seen quietly researching property prices in Beijing, as protests against the permanent pandemic legislation intensify.
The Premier says that he has had his eye on a nice little sihu in the capital for quite some time, and that Evergrande stood by to help with his asylum application if needed.
“This is just a eh, holiday house, not a permanent move and I reject the premise of the allegations that I’m fleeing the country because I’ll never be able to go anywhere without a bodyguard again,” Andrews said.
“I’ve been in contact with Xi and he has assured me that he give me best price, like I gave him best price on Chicom access to Victorian infrastructure projects.”
It is understood that Catherine Andrews has reservations about moving to Beijing, due to the ‘high volume of traffic and number of cyclists.’
